These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of voxhuma.com (the "Site") and any products you purchase from Voxhuma ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the most recent version will always be posted here.
01Use of the site
You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, reverse-engineer its pages, or use automated tools to scrape content. All content on the Site — including text, imagery, layouts, and the Voxhuma wordmark — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
02Orders and pricing
When you place an order through the Site, you make an offer to purchase at the price listed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if a pricing error occurred, or if we suspect fraud. Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once we send you a confirmation email.
03Returns and warranty
Eligible products may be returned within thirty days of delivery; full details are on our Returns page. Our two-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or use outside the product's stated specifications.
04Shipping
Voxhuma currently ships within the United States. Delivery timelines, carriers, and tracking are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to the address you provided.
05Disclaimers and liability
The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind except those expressly set out in these Terms or required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxhuma's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
06Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.
