Shipping, carried carefully.

00Where we ship

Voxhuma currently ships to all fifty United States, the District of Columbia, and US territories including Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Guam. We do not yet ship internationally. If you're outside the United States and would like to be notified when we expand, email info@voxhuma.com and we'll add you to the list.

01Cost

Standard shipping on every US order is free. There are no minimums to qualify, no handling fees added at checkout, and no surprise charges once you've placed your order. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

02Delivery timeline

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Central time on a business day are typically packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after that time, or over the weekend, ship on the next business day. Standard delivery takes three to five business days from the date of dispatch; expedited delivery takes one to two. During launches, major sales, or observed holidays, handling may take an additional day or two — we'll note any delays on the homepage.

  • Standard: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited: 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • Remote addresses (AK, HI, territories): add 2–4 business days

03Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. That tracking link updates several times a day. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than three business days after dispatch, write to us and we'll investigate directly with the carrier on your behalf.

04Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please first check with neighbours and any building concierge, then wait twenty-four hours — packages occasionally scan as delivered a little early. If it still hasn't turned up, email info@voxhuma.com within fourteen days of the delivery scan and we'll open a carrier claim. If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo; we'll ship a replacement immediately.

05Address changes

We can update a shipping address if the order hasn't yet been packed. Once the package has a tracking number, the address is locked in by the carrier. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.
