00The 30-day window
You have thirty days from the date your order is delivered to begin a return. Any return request initiated within that window qualifies for a full refund of the product price, provided the items meet the condition requirements set out below. We don't ask awkward questions about why — we'd rather you use a pair you're happy with than keep one you aren't.
01Condition requirements
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in resellable condition. That means the earbuds and charging case should be clean and undamaged, and the original packaging, USB-C cable, and unused silicone tips should be included. Slight signs of use from a trial are fine. Items that are visibly damaged, missing components, or returned without proof of purchase may be accepted at our discretion, typically for a partial refund.
02How to start a return
Email info@voxhuma.com from the address you used to place the order. Please include your order number and a short note on whether you would like a refund, an exchange, or store credit. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid shipping label and simple instructions for packing the return.
- Keep the tracking number from the return shipment.
- Pack the case in the original box where possible.
- Include any accessories originally shipped with your order.
03Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few days to show the credit on your statement. Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is the result of a defect or an error on our end.
04Exchanges
If you'd prefer to exchange your X15 for a different configuration, the fastest path is to return the original order for a refund and place a new one. We'll happily coordinate the timing if you'd like us to; just let us know in your return email.
05Warranty claims
Returns are distinct from warranty claims. Your X15 is covered by a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe you have a warranty issue rather than a return, the process is the same — email us and we'll handle it.
